Shouldn't that have been male trichome pictures rather than male THC pictures? I might be the only one, but I hve never seen pictures of THC.

Finding trichomes on males is not like finding a unicorn. I had a male G13 x White Russian that was frostier than many female plants I see pictures of.

And remember, not all trichomes are glandular, not all produce cannabinoids or all the same cannabinoids and not all produce THC and of those that do it is extremely rare they produce THC in amounts anywhere near that of a female plant.

I think its cool, 2 thumbs up
I tend to believe that it is seen as being rare and cool and highly unusual because so many people have used feminized seeds for most or all the time they've grown that they are not used to males and do not know what they are like or what to expect from them.

Stop and consider why trichomes exist in nature and then ask yourself if those needs/reasons are only exclusive to female plants? They are more important to female plants since they make seeds, but they are not exclusive to female plants.

Thats cuz it is cool...your right about not seeing many males much,i think its due to culling more and not fem seeds. Sorry you dont share the same enthuiasm as the rest of us Brick. And it may be true that females need trichs, but it happens on males to...so its cool when people post it. If you dont like it than you can go spam the politics thread a lil more.

Odor comes from terpenes/terpenoids, not THC and wouldn't alter much, if all, between a male and a female of the same species. Cannabinoids stem from terpenoids but depending on the different plant alleles more or less will become cannabinoids and then more or less will become each specific cannabinoid.

Very, very, VERY many people build houses where you built your house.

That is why there are so very few truly highly skilled, highly educated growers. And of course, they build their homes elsewhere, a very long way away from where you built your house.

That's just wrong. I had to really restrain myself from deleting your post BC. Play nice, especially when you're talking to a legend like Brick Top (I sincerely mean that BT); Every mod and admin on here is sick over how trolls are running off the great growers.

although its true alot of ppl are only growing feminized, you cant ignore that thhat is exactly what you would be looking for if you were looking for a male to breed with.

and of corse the special males would be the last thing you see.. you never see all the special males behind all the special breeds.. you just see the flowers.

so for bricktip to try to down play this wonder specimen.. dont understand that? what kind of a male plant would satisfy you is this doesnt?
