Males Verse The Females

can any explain what the diffrences are. i know that the females are the ones that bud but what does the male do. can u smoke the male plant?

males have pollen that fertilize the pistols or hairs producing seeds. you could smoke males but i wouldnt recommend it they are low in thc and will give u headache i would think.

They dont produce bud, you can smoke the leaves. But other wise kill them they just have sacks of pollen and will ruin your females.

I don't kill my males, just move them outside. I harvest the pollen and I will even use the leaves for hash. Just for fun.

I've heard you can make tea out of the stalks and leaves of your males. I don't really see it working well unless you have a whole lot of them.

thanks that helps alot, i know my plants right now are males but its lemon kush so i dont want to kill it. i could sell the seeds too and plant the rest

you can also use males to expirement on.. you can do all of the crazy things that you have thought of trying on a healthy female but were afraid to ruin prodcuction.. lst, supercrop, top, over fert them, with hold water, whatever it is that floats your boat.. males are a great tool to learn about your plants without the stress of having to worry about killing them so long as your not gonna use them for pollen..

Are you in CA by chance? I really love collecting males. Did you get a clone of it prior to flowering? I need a few males to test one of my fathers. Need to see what traits he contributes vs another male.

Yeah, I agree in keeping the males. Although females have greater value, one can still utilize the males.

yea u can experiment with males and you dont have to worry much cuz they dont bud
