geez old thread.. face melting sound cool id hit it, i heard that one of the strongest strains that is commonly grown today was actually breed from seeds from a bag of some most killer pot found at a greatfuldead concert. this was on the high times cannibis cup movie some amsterdamn breeders or coffee shop owners claimed, not sure of its truth, but sounds like weed could be pretty good back in the day, and have you seen some of the plants grown with organics in soil... all of this was available then as is now and its not like they didn't have botanists back in the day and professional farmers who could read a plant regardless of technology... weed may be stronger but I think if it is its not that "MUCH" stronger. also some breeders actually breed in the ruderalis strain into reggie long ago because of its hardyness, lowering thc content of most reggie strains in the process and polluting the genetics of our beautiful plant. just saying theres no way to know for sure but if its all there working towards its bound to happen.... we made it to the moon next step is to get there with out the space ship.

strain only exodus aka UK cheese is so peng. Its easily some of the strongest ive smoked. OG Kush can suck out.

Its about how the CBDs line up and how big they are , this is what controls the physco active traits and lenght of the experience and not to mention how much of this stuff there is in every gram of dried bud bc triple A has 4-1 crystal to leaf ratio.

Cannabis is not the only drug to have gotten much stronger over the years. Heroin and Cocaine have too. For example, with heroin back in the 60's you would have been a pop star to obtain 20% heroin, these days you can beg on the street to fund a habit where you are using heroin that is 80%.

Some cannabis strains from the 60's and 70's are still being sold now so they can't have been that weak.

I don't believe it, the prosecutor is likely using this as a tactic to demonize the gentlemen in question.

I'm not sure I buy into the weed is getting stronger. I quit for almost 10 years and I don't get any higher then I did when I was younger. What I do think is there is more good weed out there now.

Sounds like cop bullshit. Here in SoCal we have every kind of weed known to man and its lab tested too, none of it is close to 29%.
Sometimes you will read about some bust and the cops will quote some street value. When you crunch the numbers it comes out to something ridiculous and clearly impossible like there getting 18,000 a pound. Typical cop bullshit, they exaggerate the hell out of things sometimes.
