The cabin got sold in 1980-81. I think it's still there
It was a hard life, my wife really didn't appreciate it as much as I did. She appeased me, living there.
I had to learn to do stuff I never thought of. I was sure, I bit off more than I should have, several times.
The main ridgepole down the center was 45' long & prob weighed 1000lbs. You could really hear the rigging grone, when we got that one up there. I had a pucker factor of 10!
I shot that bear in the pig pen, (going after the hog feed), but the pigs didn't know that!lol!
