Manganese Deficiency

I have a female, 6 week old plant growing hydroponically. I don't know if its a deficiency or a toxicity, but I'm almost sure this is from something with the manganese. Can someone help?

You 100% sure you don't have spider mites? I've never had them (knock on wood!) but that looks similar to the damage they cause.

Im currenty treating a case of spider mite, and as suggested that looks very much like you have spider mite also, act fast there nasty little blighters, turn over the leafs shown in the pics and you should see them, i actuality nudged mine with a tip of a pen an watched them run away
There currently experiencing a very painful death

Is it just on the one leaf or its it on multiple leaves? The floor of the grow area is carpet, wood, concrete? Check ppms, ec, and ph of res for hydro!
