The counterdatum is that he has bankrupted every business venture he was in. He was on his way to wrecking the national economy.

His lizard brain has always been in charge of his wallet.
I mean, when his ego billboard needs work because money, it points to house-of-cards financial tactics.

I predict that cutting off the ongoing grift will leave him immediately unable to hide the broke. He depends on incoming liquid cash to a degree from which he distracts by steady other outrage.

And then this. The Great Pyramid it ain’t.

Donald only has 3 guiding principles: Lie, cheat and steal. He has such low operational intelligence that is guided by impulsive indolence, he is incapable of managing himself, much less an enterprise. He has recently added treason to his long list of vices and crimes and wouldn't think twice (or at all) about selling America's secrets and agents down the river and may already have done so with Jerod as his bag man and probably a federal rat. He has Abby Lowell as his lawyer and had him for a while, he won't end up in prison, if he does what his very competent lawyer tells him to and that could mean selling Donald down the river.

There's 50 days to go until the election and a few weeks for the dust to settle and everybody to get back from keeping an eye on the lunatics counting the votes in some places. Then Garland will do Donald and he will do him good, and he will do him fast!

If the democrats win, they will do the rest of the fuckers in congress with an independent special counsel that will hound them in public hearings and perhaps with prosecutions until election day 2024 and ruin them financially with lawyer's fees. Get down to white water and blow job level with them, like with Clinton, there will be lots of other crimes to uncover during the investigations with this bunch of psychos and con artists.

Starts at 3:00..emotional speech from Garland at Ellis Island on Saturday.

Rule of Law is same for ALL! WTF is up with the photographers behind Garland while he's speaking??????????? so crass!!!!!!!!
Thanks for that. I've seen and heard references to this speech. It was under-sold. Garland spoke with such emotion. When he teared up, he got my own vision fuzzed up. I got the sense of how much pressure he's under and how much meaning his recent work gave to what he said.

It was a great speech. I'm so sorry that so many of our leaders these days would scoff at it.

He will make a bigger mark in history as AG than as a justice, whenever history mentions Trump, they will mention Garland, the man who took him and American fascism down.

Given how Republicans prevented Garland from becoming a SCOTUS judge. He's proof that Republican's don't pick our very best for important positions, they're picking people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems to us. They're picking drug addicts. They're picking criminals. They're picking rapists. And a few, I suppose are just toadies looking for cushy jobs.

i don't know about that...his father "gifted" all of his kids tons of money, in ways designed to get around paying any kind of taxes on it...he gave all of them millions, mostly in cash and real estate leases. i think trump is too greedy to do that, but he may have been quietly funneling at least part of his "empire" into the same kind of "gifts" for his kids. if so, and it's not in a very protected form, it should all be seized, and used to pay all the construction contractors, painters, laborers, lawyers...that trump has stiffed over a lifetime of being a cheap cocksucker
Well, Eric Trump owns Trump winery on which sits Albermarle Estate, a Trump hotel, so there is that.

If you win the election, that is why I think an independent special counsel would be so effective against the republicans, many are guilty as sin. Investigating them over their J6 votes would reveal a lot of other crimes. Dealing with corrupt politicians is what the independent special counsel law was for, not just presidents. The problem that many republicans have, is they are criminals and con artists, Trump was not alone in corruption, far from it. Bring it back for 2 years and let it expire before the new congress in 2024. Use it to clean up the republican party for them, grand juries and judges hear cases, if there are any and trials by judges and juries convict, if they are guilty. The tools for defending democracy have already been created in the wake of Nixon, then abused by the republicans over Clinton and allowed to expire.

I'm also pretty sure if the republicans should gain power again in the presidency, house and senate, an independent special counsel is one of the instruments they would use, however the problem with it for them are the courts and juries.

a supreme court justice is a member of a religion that "gives directions on important matters" to their members...
HOW THE FUCK DID THAT DETAIL SLIP PAST THE FUCKING PEOPLE ASKING HER QUESTIONS?
By.
Design.

Confirming a justice requires a simple majority in the Senate.
52 of 53 Republican Senators voted to confirm.
All 47 Democrat Senators plus Susan Collins, R-Maine, voted against.

It is the sort of en bloc takeover of the process that has characterized the overthrow party under Moscow Mitch’s iron hand.
