Well Well Well ……

Donald Trump, an American businessman, politician, and 45th president of the United States, has used several pseudonyms, including "John Barron" (or "John Baron"), "John Miller" and "David Dennison". His practice of sometimes speaking to the media under the guise of a spokesperson has been described as "an open secret" at the Trump Organization and in New York media circles.

Donald's expensive paid-up front lawyer told Donald the truth and Donald is allergic to that, he also probably refused to lie for him and that was unforgivable! This guy has been paid already and won't make a fool of himself in front of a federal judge or lose his law license for a lost cause and an ingrate.

Trump is thrashing around in desperation like Putin now, and both were brought to this point by ego, hubris and greed. It looks like they will both go down around the same time, Donald to prison and Vlad to the grave. They could be holding hands at the gates of Hell, Vlad via a window and Donald by the big one. They have found the biggest factor in a heart attack is the stress level of the preceding 90 days and Donald should be stressed by now, or soon will be. I think sheer delusion and stupidity has insulated him from much of it, but not for long!

no matter how stupid a person is, there comes a time when the weight of the pile of shit crushing you to the floor is no longer something you can ignore...
i don't care if it takes me the rest of my life to work off the bad karma, i'd love to see trump have a physically crippling stroke, that leaves him fully aware but unable to communicate...he would get to sit in silence as he, and all of his criminal family and cohorts are tried, prosecuted, and locked up...then back to the private sanitarium for donny, where the nurse empties his colostomy bag before wheeling him to his window...

You forgot the constant drooling.

The claim that Ivanka and/or Jared could be informants never made much sense to me. That is, until I read this article today:

"Then-President Donald Trump nearly fired his daughter Ivanka Trump and son-in-law Jared Kushner from the White House via tweet, according to a new book from New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman.

Trump raised the prospect of firing Ivanka Trump and Kushner, who were both senior White House aides, during meetings with then-chief of staff John Kelly and then-White House counsel Don McGahn, Haberman writes. At one point, he was about to tweet that his daughter and son-in-law were leaving the White House – but he was stopped by Kelly, who told Trump he had to speak with them directly first."

I'd like him to spend some time in a cell first, a maximum-security prison and you know why, he's a terrorist threat. The secret documents and resulting obstruction of justice will put him away slick as snot. There are harsh sentencing guidelines and precedents, especially for cases involving secret documents, but the obstruction conviction will put him away forever. Garland has got him firmly by the balls on this one with plenty of low hanging fruit near rotting on the ground. When Garland indicts him, it will be in a DC federal court, not Florida.

i believe Dearie is giving him an education in that respect...
If Trump ends up in front of the wrong judge in DC, someone who has sentenced people for national security reasons, he will be in serious trouble and the trial will be short with appeals from prison. In Fact, if he ends up in front of almost any senior federal judge Trump will be finished, the evidence against him is crushing and some of it came out of his own mouth. They have to follow sentencing guidelines and precedent for similar crimes but being an ex POTUS won't cut him any slack, being a terrorist threat will insure he isn't under house arrest by the SS, but in prison. Put a fork in him, he's done and a few weeks after the election he will go from the oven into the fire. His trial should not take long at all, and he could be remanded to custody while awaiting sentencing, but he shouldn't have to wait long, no longer than anybody else. Appeals will be made from his cell too, just like everybody else as Donald enters the "machine", he will hate his new wardrobe, it will scream LOSER!

i'm still not sure he'll end up in front of any judge, anywhere...
he could easily cut a deal for house arrest, and no prison time. he could still walk free...there are a lot of fucking magats in the country, expecting to get a jury with none is a fantasy...and all it takes is one to hang a jury...again and again and again...

I would like to think that misappropriation of compartmented national security documents will be proof against a deal. Stuff’s kryptonite.
