Rudy Giuliani Promises Revenge Raid of Biden’s House If Trump Wins in 2024
Biden wasn't aware of the raid before it happened, how would it be "revenge" if he didn't have any input into the decision to raid trump's house?
i guess they can't accept that Biden wasn't aware, because they were constantly interfering in the DOJ, and can't believe Biden doesn't as well...but then, Biden isn't the head of a criminal syndicate trying to avoid prosecution after bungling the biggest attempted theft in American history.

I can sympathize with some criminals but not LEO, which is the Executive.
So you pick and choose which criminals you symphonize with? You symphonize with Trump the criminal, but not Biden? Is that simply because you agree with one's principles and not the other's? How do you discriminate which criminals to symphonize with and which not?

Fascinating. I concede an error that shaped some discourse here. The beneficiary cannot be bothered.
No and much obliged, I couldn't remember where that came from. I seem to have been going down some "new messages have been posted since" rabbit hole that some how ended me in non sequential territory and glossed some good stuff.

They're both Executive no? Of course it's about principles. If a drug dealer is legit just trying to put food on the table I can sympathize. If Trumps civil suit is ruled against him well then fuck him, but a civil action isn't criminal as far as I know. If any criminal actions are arraigned, tried then convicted then no sympathy. Same for Biden. The Democrats do seem to have a larger shield against any sort of investigations imho. I'm kind of concerned that lady Justice is starting to peek through the blind a bit on both sides.

When we take the congress we're gonna...when we take the white house we're gonna...it shouldn't matter, the law should just be the law.

Not committing crimes tends to give one a larger shield against investigations....

I mean I do see your point but text informed by history at the time should have some bearing if not all.
Text informed by history and the word “measure” don’t go together. It’s like hearing hearing “spiritual people talking about energy”. They are misappropriating a term for its sound of objectivity. They tend to blink at me when I inquire into how many joules, the SI unit for energy.
Similarly, “measure” in this instance insinuates an objectivity that is absent. Text informed by history is a collection of subjective experiences. Its rules of validity are not transducible to the science/ engineering idiom.

Ah, so which actions were these FBI agents convicted of which gives you no sympathy for?

Well I live in a Republic with democratically elected Representatives who are forbidden from emitting Bills of Credit.

I'm sure you can see the quandary this puts us in as far as abuse of power.
I don't know anything about the American system, but is this what you're referring to?

The federal government, acting through the federal reserve banks, issues bills of credit in the form of dollar bills that are promises to pay the specific denominations indicated on them to the bearer of such paper on demand. Article I, Section 10 of the Constitution, in order to provide a uniform standard of money throughout the United States, prohibits states from issuing their own bills of credit for circulation as currency.
