lol, he is, especially with that 2A in the reciept
There is a chain of custody with these documents, who printed them out, since they seldom are, except in the WH. Underlings were responsible and would be held accountable for the custody and security of these documents, more than just Donald will go down over this. I dunno if we will see any quick action on this and I wouldn't expect indictments soon over it for Trump, but perhaps for others who would then testify at his trial, since he would plead not guilty and try to splash as many secrets around as he could.

I can see Donald's hardcore fans being worn out by the endless outrages they are gonna suffer, death by a thousand cuts. This one got one killed and Christ knows how many arrested and hitting the streets, but it's gonna happen weekly from here on out and Donald is gonna run out of lunatics and suckers sooner or later, or exhaust them into lifeless lumps.

They are gonna be tasting bitter tears right up to election day and hopefully cry and river after it! I kinda think Trump's TV trial in Georgia will be the climax, since federal trials are not televised. The TV trial in Georgia should be the one one that puts the Trumpers in the final frenzy after that the federal hits will keep coming. Alas Donald has but one life to give for his country and there ain't much of that miserable existence left to incarcerate. However Donald will take a lot of shitheads down with him and the republican party, it will be a real enema for the American body politic.

The question now becomes what did he do with these documents. This is far from the smoking gun, but its a huge step.

I think you underestimate their masochistic fervor in the face of tests of faith.

The Donald looks a bit more stressed than usual to me lately. He is getting legal issues from a variety of different sources at about the same time. One or the other has got to be a criminal charge sooner than the next general election.............. thats a lotta paper from this one raid.

I am thinking a massive coronary or stroke for him might just be the ticket that saves us all the misery of his continued presence .......... one thing will lead to another

Fingers crossed - well its just a thought

Just possessing them is like trying to get out from under having a kilo of coke after a DEA raid!
Someone printed them out for him, Donald is a paper guy and not much of that either, documents are something tangible to Donald, computer files are an abstraction! He has no brain, everything could have been photographed with a cellphone and stored on a memory card, but Trump was too stupid I guess. He wanted to sell them, or use them to settle debts to the Chinese, Russians or Arabs. Shows you how fucking stupid and delusional he was, they might nail him under the espionage act, since most in the intelligence community are convinced he's a Russian stooge anyway. However that might not be a "politically correct" charge for Donald, there are other crimes even more serious involved.

He resigned over the Ukraine scandal in 2019. Donald was too stupid to know about the procedures and too arrogant to care.

What would happen if Obama did it? Same standard should apply and the same punishment, a federal supermax cell in Colorado. Make no mistake, if Obama did it, he would be purp walked in cuffs in front of the press and would get the maximum sentence in a supermax penitentiary, the crime would rate it and he would get it. They would have broke in, first thing in the morning tased him and his wife and shot his dog! Just another crack house raid...

FBI agents found dozens of classified documents in Mar-a-Lago search
FBI agents found dozens of classified documents during their search of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago on Monday, sources confirmed to NewsNation.

Investigators discovered classified documents in two areas: Trump’s personal office above a ballroom and in a storage room near the pool. Sources say there were “boxes everywhere,” with some containing Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI). Those are considered some of the highest level of classified documents.

Since the documents are so secretive, it’s unknown whether investigators will ever publicly acknowledge what they’re in reference to, let alone release them.

The judge has set a deadline of 3 p.m. Friday for Trump’s legal team to decide if they are going to object to the release of the warrant.

Trump lawyer Christina Bobb said on NewsNation’s “On Balance: With Leland Vittert” on Thursday that they were surprised by the FBI raid on Trump’s home, having believed to that point they had cooperated amply with federal investigators.

Bobb said Trump handed over everything investigators had asked for prior to the search. Federal authorities indicated otherwise with the search.

Neither the Department of Justice nor Trump’s legal team have made the search warrant or search receipt public yet.

Bobb said the Trump legal team would be open to making the documents public, but needed to confer with the Justice Department first.

“We’re waiting to hear back from them,” Bobb told NewsNation. “We’re very eager. We know that people want information, and we’re eager to respond as best as possible in coordination with the Department of Justice so we’re just waiting to hear back from them.”

Trump called the search of his estate a “surprise attack” and alleged it was a “targeted raid.”

“In early June, the DOJ and FBI asked my legal representatives to put an extra lock on the door leading to the place where boxes were stored in Mar-a-Lago — We agreed. They were shown the secured area, and the boxes themselves. Then on Monday, without notification or warning, an army of agents broke into Mar-a-Lago, went to the same storage area, and ripped open the lock that they had asked to be installed. A surprise attack,” Trump said on the social media platform Truth Social.
he is still just so colossally arrogant that he doesn't even understand that it's not alright for him to just take classified material that could very easily be traded to a foreign power for money, favors, a safe haven from prosecution...that he can no longer classify or declassify materials, and that when he could do do, he was only one step in a process that he considered a nuisance...
wonder how big a nuisance being labeled a traitor...AGAIN...will be to this walking pile of cheeto colored shit

Why did he even have those documents? it is not like he could read them.... Or understand what is written in them.
He understood he could sell them to pay off debts or for cash, that was enough. Why not? He got away with everything else, he was too big to fail, or to bust, he had absolute control over 60 million morons who voted and still controls tens of millions of these hate and fear filled idiots!
