Marijuana Creates Jobs

Marijuana is part of my Religion, as it is the Bhang and Charas plant. But someone brought up to me that they don't want to practice a Religion, they just want to smoke Marijuana. So this is for everyone who is for legalization, but are not Spiritual or don't believe that Shiva exists (even though Shiva is simply a force of Nature, which includes Marijuana/Bhang, and can not be denied).

Medical:

Here are various research Papers that prove that Cannabinoids cure almost all forms of Cancer. It can also be used for various other Medical purposes (Pain, Seizures, etc)

Taxes:

Colorado made so much in taxes ($76 Million) that they overshot their goal and triggered a Sheriff of Nottingham clause, which then returned money to people in the form of tax returns that year. Everyone in Colorado got a return, not just medical and recreational patients.

Jobs:

Marijuana creates jobs. Not only does it create a place where people go to buy Marijuana, which involves front desks staff, budtenders in the main room, and people rolling joints and making hash, as well as sometimes people making glass items. But also trimmers, who will travel, for example, from Texas to California just to trim buds. Then there is an entire industry that pops up around it. The glass making, seed sales, hash making, edible making (brownies, ice cream, candy, etc), vaporizer sales, vape oil hash making, Marijuana breeding, fertilizer making and sales, HPS and CFL light sales, hydroponic farming sales, regular agricultural sales (bone meal, blood meal, compost, etc), festivals, etc etc etc.

Just so many jobs.

Here is an example of something that doesn't exist unless Marijuana is legalized. Just like T-shirt making, which can be done in a dispensary, using T-shirt presses to make hash creates jobs.

The drug laws (the Controlled Substances Act) are in violation of the Free Exercise Clause of the Constitution, similar to how it violates this same Clause in Native American and Santo Diame cases. It is also possible the act violate the 21st Amendment, which legalized not alcohol or fermented drinks, but all intoxicating liquors, and by the definition of intoxicating liquor, Bhang is an intoxicating liquor (The Controlled Substances Act was written when it was found that the Marijuana Tax act violated the Fifth Amendment and was overturned, the Controlled Substances Act may need to be overturned due to 21st Amendment violations). There are very few Supreme Court cases involving the 21st Amendment, and no one has ever brought up to the Supreme Court the point that the 21st Amendment legalizes intoxicating liquors. The 21st Amendment was ratified in 1933 The drug laws at that time were based on the Harrison Narcotics Tax act, which did not make narcotics illegal but taxed them and limited importation from foreign countries. Around this time most every drug could be bought at a Drug store, and much of the time it would be in syrup form and mixed with Soda. This is where Coca-Cola comes from, which was originally made with the Coca leaf. Laudanum (Cowboy Opium) was invented in like the 1500s and it was also in drug stores around America.

youre telling people about jobs.. but what do you do for income shagster

I've grown Marijuana, Made hash, Cooking oil and Brownies in Colorado. There are pictures of all of it all over this website. I also taught other people how, and I get a pretty good number of views on my Blog and Google+

I recently worked for a Cloud Computing Company doing Government contracts, and I am about to start growing Tobacco. Then I am starting a Temple once I settle a lawsuit with the city in which I can be awarded up to like $50,000.

Are you just here to troll?

nope.. what are you doing right now for income.. not what youve done or what youre planning to do. you made a thread about jobs.. you gotta be doing something right? other than just copy and pasting shit here?

dont make the government contracts sound like such a big deal i landscape federal buildings and get govrnmt contracts to do so lol.......dude do you know how much tobacco you gotta grow to make income

We did modernization projects to get the Government into the cloud, and I was employed by an Oracle Platinum partner company, I wasn't landscaping, lol. The whole thing included answering the Governments RFPs (Request for Proposal) and then corresponding with people in India to get the new systems built and the old information migrated to them.

I'm going to be selling plants and seeds, not leaves. And I am going to be growing more than just Tobacco, that is just the only plant I have seeds for right now because I have a bunch of seeds in a Police Property room, and I am waiting for them to release it.

And I will be making my own strain of Tobacco, so I'll be selling seeds and plants to everyone, not just people who smoke tobacco the way you would sell packs of cigarettes at a time.
