Marijuana deficiencies with pictures please help

I think this grow operation was doing pretty good. but there's always room for improvement, any feedback would be great. It seems as though the fan leaves of 2 of my plants are curling downwards... and any other comments on the overall health of my plants would be great aswell.

I'm using a 200watt CFL light in a room with the temperature at about 25 to 28 degrees Celsius. I've got a fan running on them. Using sea soil(1.8-1.2-0.2), and a total plant nutrition (3-1-3) and occasionally foliage feed with a nitrogen booster (3-0-0). p.h is at about 6-7

18-6 light schedule about 3 weeks old now

to mouch Nitrogen .. back off on the folie feeding ..

Ooh yea and consider some bigger pots .. like asap.

some 3 gallon might work .. 5 gallon is mostlikely better .. atlest before you go 12/12

EDIT: the pots need some good big drain holes in the bottom ..

so it's the nitrogen toxitity that's making them curl?

and thats funny cause i just repotted them yesterday i usualy wait till i can see roots all the way around the dirt is that okay ??
