Marijuana island. Guerrilla grow.

Thx for this post....I wasnt sure if we could plant in that moist of an environment......

If this is the case I should have three separate grows all in simikar environments to this. I was actually going to plant away from the water cause I thought too much moisture is bad like when you grow indoors you dont want to overwater.....

I'm assuming that if one can find a moist place like this the it would be good to add a higher ratio of something to aerate your soil ?

I am not doing perlite outdoors cause I want to keep it stealth......what would you recommend instead ?

You can use perlite.. just make sure to add a layer of native soil on top of the the soil mixed with perlite to hide it.

Yeah man it shouldn't be too moist mabey line to hole with plastic and fill with good soil, put holes in the plastic.
Def use perlite it dosnt stand out too much from 10 feet back or so and once the plants big you won't even see the soil.
They need that drainage.
Good luck dude and I'd also Defenently do a few like 3 with two plants in each if ya can.

It looks wet now but the water will be almost gone by september. I would use any mix that drains well coco peat etc. I put a layer of black gold on top of it all to start my seeds in. I usually plant right on the waters edge and I have never had a problem.

Will do I will hopefully post again in a week with some pretty little girls. Any experience using a cold frame? or cloche? I was thinking about cutting 2 liter plastic bottles in half and using them as little green houses to put over the seedlings. Any thoughts?

I use them sometimes early on.. especially when we have rain for a few days or high winds. Normally I take the caps off so it doesn't get too humid and you have to keep a close eye on them because you don't want the leaves to come in contact with the sides of the bottle.

I might be doing that too.. We've crazy rain today with a cold front that is moving in. I just heard that it's suppose to snow near me in the higher elevations tomorrow night. Definitely didn't expect this.

Man made structures in nature catch my eye easily.
I could walk past a plant unnoticed but the linked logs not so much.

I didn't read the whole thing but I would be weary of planting that close to water.
It attracts people n animals.

Will your roots be soaked constantly?

is this you?
