Fucking feds. Its to be expected though
Make medical marijuana legal from state to state then slowly take away privileges until they make it fully illegal again. Catching all the 'users' that applied for cards who now are in a government database.
The government will never make cannabis legal...our world would be flipped upside down. They have a plan to weed out the marijuana for good (no pun intended)
Fortunately it will never die, cannabis will live on, legal or illegal!

This operation used the guise of legitimacy and than broke the law. That's why they were popped. The siphoning off of reported revenue in itself breaks the law regardless of your business. It's actually a black eye for the legitimate grower who complies with the marijuana laws. They deserved to be busted. It's assholes like these, that slows up the decriminalization process and allows their illegal activity to be used as ammunition by the critics and opponents of reform. Just my 2 cents....Peace

No trust me I'm with you 100 percent BUT cali without regulation turned into a huge supplier of weed nationwide under the name of mmj UNTIL it hit the illegal point somewhere between there and the east coast. Cali flooded the black market nationwide! Now if colorado has in place a mmj program that is HIGHLY regulated then at least we'll all be left alone with our shitty (and some not so shitty ) personal little mmj grows. If not then they won't stop. but 2500 plants cmon man, how can you have that many and be legal?

actually, 2500 plants would account for @ 417 patients using the 6 plant count model dispensaries are allowed. CO doesn't recognize a limit on dispensaries, as long as the patient count is there. and it's a statistic that there are well over 127,000 registered patients (as of July 31). any dispensary worth their salt has 400-1000 patients signed. and if you that is a lot, I know of 2 large scale ops myself that are 10,000 and 15,000 plant counts ..... and they have the patient #s to back it up.

there are others out there, this won't be the only operation that back doors to out of state and will get caught. keep it legit, keep it in Colorado, keep it for the patients HERE. keep the feds out of our hair. yes it's a God given gift, but that doesn't mean they won't regulate and tax the shit out of it. play by the rules and you can play the game. this is the repeated message I keep hearing .....

In Colorado as long as you belong to a dispensary....and your providing eatibles....you can grow 1000s of plants legally as far as the State is concerned :)

Colorado has surpassed Cali as far as stores, amounts and regulations..... Still...I'm just waiting for the Feds to come a knocking:twisted:

The underground supplies are still thriving....bigger and better than before....there is no stopping this MMJ train!!!
