marijuana-seeds.nl Will not stand behind their Products

I have referred many people to marijuana-seeds.nl as I have had not problems with them till now. I recently purchased seeds from this site. They came in a timely manor and I was very happy. I ordered THC Bomb, Super Silver Haze, Cheese x Afghan and they threw in 5 Mazar x Afghan seeds. The THC Bomb, Silver Haze and Mazar are all good. They germinated and are growing fine. I could not get one Cheese out of ten to germinate!!!!! I tried planting them in rock wool and the paper towel method. Nothing. So I contacted them and this is how that went.

I recently ordered seeds from you and am having problems. I ordered 1pk THC Bomb, 1 pk Super Silver Haze, 1 pk Cheese x Afghan and you tossed in 5 mazzar Afghan. I had no problems with most of the seeds you sent. The THC Bomb and the Super Silver Haze germinated 9 out of 10 on both counts. The Mazar germinated 1 out of 2. I am very happy with those results. Here is the rub. None not one of the Cheese Afghan seeds germinated. For $51 USD I was hoping for at least one would germinate. That was the strain I was most excited about. I placed my order on 8/24/09 and got my seeds in a timely manner. I am very happy with the rest of my order. Is there anything we could do to remedy this situation? In the sketchy world of seeds your rep is pretty solid on the forums and I promote you to others on the forums looking for reputable seed companies. I was pretty happy because I actually got my seeds quickly and they seem to be the same strains as advertised but i am bummed that nearly 1/3 of my seeds wont germinate. I am looking at purchasing some of your ICE seeds. Have you had any problems like this with those?

Marijuana-Seeds.nl categorically states that the germination of seeds is Illegal in most parts of the world and in no way condones the germination of our seeds, they are sold for souvenir purposes only. If, however, you are in a location where the cultivation of Cannabis is permitted for you, all our seeds are regularly batch tested in Holland to ensure we maintain highest quality. Germination rates of our seeds in optimum conditions regularly reach close to 100%. But, like all seed banks, we offer no guarantees, seeds are a natural product.

So your saying you charge $51 USD for "souvineers" ? Wow I understand covering your ass legally, but you know as well as I people aren't paying $5.10 a seed for the novelty of it. I have given you great rep on several different Cannabis forums do to your fast shipping and most of the products I have received so far. Now that I know you don't stand behind your product at all, but instead stand behind this "

Please let me know if I am wrong here but Shouldn't they stand behind their product and not a lame ass disclaimer. I feel I may have put my faith in yet another disreputable seed company.

I don't know why people choose any other sites, I have never not even one time heard of a bad experience using attitude
The site you linked has been known to give the customers problems, while the attitude has only been known to send out good beans in quick stealthy shipping.
If you order from a different seedbank and get screwed I don't really feel bad because you didn't look and research the company
Better luck next time, use attitude and you will be a happy customer

Edit: most seed sites have that exact same disclaimer, they have to have some security for themselves

I can also vouch for the attitude seed bank, my first ever seed order last month, 9 out of 10 seeds germed, the one that didn't was a freebie and I also let the paper towel go dry for a few hrs So I can give the attitude a

Ya I will probably go with attitude next time. I am happy with my other seeds they are gowing great. I am just really bummed about the cheese man!!! Not one germinated. They didn't even take the time to reply in person they just gave me the canned fuck you message.

The attitude has the cheese, order it from them and you won't be let down
Make sure you tell as many people as you can that the place you linked sucked, apparently word isn't getting around enough since people are still making the mistake of choosing them

That is why I started this post. Please help in this venture because at $5.10 a seed you should have atleast a 10% chance of getting one to germ.

you probably don't want to hear this, but their thc bomb isn't all that and their super silver haze sucks ass. thier ICE is awesome though!

oh and btw, attitude is awesome!

Your right I didn't really want to hear that. Oh well. I Am going to push through and hammer it out anyway Like i have a choice. I'm already into it a couple of weeks. They are growing pretty good so far.

If you are looking to order ice from us that is not a problem as this is one of our most widely ordered strains, it can be a little suceptible to temp variations so be aware of this. Your first email you sent to them was not very direct and not very to the point.

They're a good seed company and their prices are more than fair. I have stuff growing from them right now...white widow and northern lights.

I've used marijuansseeds-nl a few times with no complaints except, like you, some bad germ rates. I will look elsewhere in the future- I don't like a place that takes your money, then points at a sign instead of dealing with you. Probably greedy GOP types.
Update- I just read the note about MJSeeds nl replacing the cheese seeds for you- maybe they aren't Republicans.

Okay, milo....... I just got you in that other thread you commented about me in....after I had read this thread, haha....... I didn't know you had started this one or had had the experience with them that you have. Sorry for your luck. I always got the seed from them, just wasn't happy with the genetics like I always have been with the more reputable seed banks I've dealt with----it isn't a matter of me 'killing too may plants.'

You'll be real happy with The Attitude if you haven't dealt with them before. Yeah spendy--but how do you put a real price on a good keeper pheno??

I never said anything but none of my cheese germinated and I was disappointed with that and the response I got when I contacted them. They made a gesture of good faith and I posted it. I like the seeds I got from them up till the cheese and till then their service and prices were great.

i had that happen with some beans i got from Nirvana outta 5 none germed but Alice was decent enough to send me the 5 back that didnt germ. they dint have to but that was cool of them. sorry to hear bout ur mishap i know that sux cuz they are very costly. better luck next time

I know this is dated, but my experiences with marijuanaseeds.nl was pretty much the same as the op. I had ww/crystal/ice combo. The ice I jacked up and ruined, my loss. Not a single crystal seed opened and out of 10 white widow, I wound up with 2 females 1 of which is at least a 13 week strain, the other is more like a 9 week, big difference in kola's too. Contacted the company about the crystal seeds and they said if I would like to order a new batch of seeds they would be happy to replace the crystal seeds. NOT GONNA HAPPEN

As for the white widow strain, I too found it very lemon tasting. Similar to a lemon haze I sampled once. The smoke is mellow on both strains, not very strong and provides no energetic boost that would would tend to associate with WW's. Have been complaining about this company and their product since the day I ordered from them. I had 5 free afghan seeds and only 1 turned out to be female. Not sure how that plant will turn out as it's still vegging. NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

ive had white vwidow skunk, thc bomb fem , thc bomb regular, blue mystic, brainstorm, hashbomb,bubblegum fem, bubblegum regular, all from marijuana nl, all germinated except 1 seed, no herms, luck of the draw i guess, touch wood
