If your plants are struggling under your low wattage LED then they need condensing. But with that LED you will be lucky to cover 1/4 of your 4x4 properly. Probably cover about 2.5x2 ft max in flower.
This is one of the main reasons those types of LED have a bad rep.
Just stay clear of blurple lights and stick to white light with good efficiency. You want 30-35w per square foot with the right LEDs. 50w per square foot with crap ones.
Did you say you were about half way through flower? Do you have a thread of journal or some pics?
