Anyone have anything good to say about them? I had one and was gonna get the bigger one but I just got another ts 1000 so now I have two. Can I grow 6 decent plants with that or will I need another one ?

If you "smokelikesnoop"
not nearly enough light
I don't see six plants worth growing fitting in a 2 foot by 2 foot space which is all that light covers
One big plant would be a better choice
IMO

The mars hydro ts 1000 covers 3x3 in veg and 2x2 in flower so two lights will cover a 4x4 are. I've grown two plants with just the one light before and I coulda grew them bigger but got about ounce an a half a plant. I going bigger this time. My grow room is 4x4

Oh ok two lights?
Then 4 pots should fit
But when you try jamming 6 it just doesn't leave much room for foliage
Think about a 1 foot diameter plant

Ok ok I get it. I will say though there's some good videos on youtube with just the one light so now I have to and maybe I'll get another a month or so down the road if needed.

I use the Mars Ts 1000 for first 10-14 days from sprout, then put them under a more powerful light. I've noticed slower growth if I leave them under the Mars when compared to my higher wattage light. You can complete a grow with the Ts1000, albeit at a reduced yield.
Organic soil auto grower.
