MARS TS1000 from seed, advice on flowering additional light

Hey guys, this is my first post on RIU, been following for a while now but never posted before.
So, just started my first grow, small scale: 2x WW's in 10 liter (aprox. 3ga) Hempys, DR 90 tent (3x3ft) and got the TS1000 for budget reasons, as I just wanted to try out a grow, see how it goes and all other LED's available in my country were minimum 2x the cost and DIY lights are off the table for me as I barely have any spare time on my hands.
Another reason for choosing this light was because initially I was aiming for one single plant, but from the sprouted seeds, these 2 stood out and I just couldn't bring myself to chop any of the two :)

Even thought I'm really satisfied with the growth rate so far (16 days from seed) I have serious doubts this panel will cut it for flowering. Had some doubts even when I was going for 1 plant,as MARS says it would be enough for 2 x 2 and they have a history of being pathological liars. So now with two it would seem more then far fetched.

So my question is, what would you recommend as additional lights for flowering. Mind you I'm on a tight budget here, therefore was thinking about HPS 400W. Would love some input from you guys.

400w hps would be fine. Just make sure you get a cooltube or coolvent reflector and a good inline fan for.

You could probably just use a 600w hps and do away with the LED to be honest. Keep it simple. I would.

Well I ended up getting a 300w quantum board, was kinda worried about heat control and my overbooked schedule. But will try out the hps on the next grow when I hope to have more free time on my hands and maybe see the difference. I just flipped them yesterday, will keep an update on how it goes.
The Ts1000 is a great lamp for veg, I'm pleased about the performance and it doesn't warm to hot. I've been running it for 20/4 and you can touch the "reflector" without any problem. Only thing it's kinda weak for flowering, but hey, that's life.
Thank you for the advice guys.
