wasn’t going to do a journal this year but what the shit. Not doing this to survive anymore, hell I don't even smoke anymore by the standards of most. But growing. I just can’t not.

I’ve got a few locations as well as a collab with another fella.

3x3 in the house with a few gg4 cuts under diy LED’s, more on that later.

couple auto’s on the porch. Thought I’d try and sneak in a few extra ounces. I’ve never done autos really but thought I’d try a few. All are cropking.
4x white widow
4x lambs breath
1x early miss
1x sour girl

Few photo’s outside at another location.
2x wasabi late Cut
1x hammer bud cut
1x gg4 cut

the collaboration with a friend is on another island. It’s all old bred genetics of mine and about 15 gg4 cuts. They include
The purp
GHS White widow and her crosses I’ve done
Cheese’s
Afghans
Rockstar crosses
Haze crosses
And a bunch more I don’t remember. All in all I think >50 or more. Outdoor/indoor.

It’s early in the season and there’s nothing too interesting going on right now but I’ll throw some pics in the next post.

outdoors the soil is HP promix mycorrhizae, local sea soil top dressing, worm castings and perlite. They’ll be given black strap for flower. No Chems.

Indoor i use calcium nitrate, mono potassium phosphate, magnesium sulphate and plant prod Hydro veg dry nutrients. I’ve also got some old maxi bloom dry that I’m going to use up so it’s not on a shelf anymore.
I use a blue lab meter to measure ppm and all my #’s will be in ec or 400. unfortunately I’m using coco perlite mix for the first round. I’m used to and favour flood and drain but that was when I was more serious. Not a fan of coco not that it sucks just that I don’t like it. I’ll need to switch to some kind of auto system as I travel for work. I’m thinking I’ll try auto pots later. I really hate coco.

Questions or comments welcome. Just no rants, squabbling or hijacking.

@Rocket Soul as per your request.

Tiny ass porch autos. Started at different times. Not expecting much from these. Stuck the ww our in March so they got stunted from the cold. The others followed in May and are off to a better start.

Last years outdoor ended poorly. Plants got huge but September was so brutally cold and rainy I took them down before the mould claimed everything. Here’s a few pics from last fall. The Purp.

I’m gone for a week to work. If the Hammer Bud isn’t sorted out when I come back I’ll replace it with another Wasabi.

Made a grim discovery today on my gg4 indoor.

spider mites.jpg

I have only every had mites twice. Both times from sourced cuts. Fool me twice... The first time I didnt even fuck around. There was webbing so I chopped the whole room and burned every plant. I shut down for a month and bleached everything.

This time thankfully, plants where in veg. I hit them with UVC and then 99% iso. It was either nukes or chop and redo. We will have to see how the iso handled the eggs but, I killed them dead.

Plants are hurting hard after the treatment. LED's are dimmed fully. I may have to restart everything. I dont fuck with mites. I didnt take pics of the dead ones even though I sat and watched them die under the microscope. I may try and find some dead ones and post a pic later. UVC will come on an hour after lights off for 30 min to take care of any campers. If the plants can pull through and the infection is gone in a week then good, if not I'll have to start again.
