i was wondering what the laws of growing marijuana in massachusetts are someone told me growing 3 plants or under is just a misdemeanor and you can only get a warning however i doubt thats accurate.

5 plants or less is a 6 month misdemeanor in Maine. That's the same penalty as a trespassing citation here in Michigan... it's nothing.
