Master Kush & AK 48 Deep Into Flowering

I had another thread goin, but I couldn't rename it, so I started a new one with these photo updates. I hope you like them

nice buds, what lighting are you using?

Looks great how many days into flowering are they?

That's at about 40 days, but I'm using a high output t5 system with 8 bulbs because my 1000 watt HPS bulb broke 3 days into flowering and started a fire. Luckily I saved the girls before they burned.

that sucks so bad (your lighting bursting and starting a fire)...i never heard of that happening before...what caused it? or what do you think caused it?

I was too poor to buy a compatible reflector in which to properly mount that bulb, so I hanged up the socket chord from a hook. Never do that haha. I'm lucky nobody called the fire department, there was that much smoke.

Which ones ak48 cus I'm veging some now

so what happened? the bulb layed down into a horizontal position but still suspended from the hook?

or am i missing something...sorry...im slightly high right now. haha. im just wondering since i never seen heard of one catching fire like that.

I hanged it up vertically, and the cable slipped and broke the bulb on the floor. It took forever to get the smell out of the house.

oh damn. i had a similar situation when i first got my hid system and hung it up for the first time.

i used a stud finder...found the beams in the ceiling...drilled a small hole to start the screw...hung it up...stayed up for a month or so...one day i was adjusting the height and boom! it slipped right out of the ceiling (thankfully it didnt break and i caught it) but i now how u feel. my problem was the studs were too high above the sheet-rock (in the ceiling) and the screws never actually dug into the wood....so for that whole month sheet rock was the only thing keep my hid hanging...scary to think about now. so all thats broke is ur bulb correct?

if so then its not as bad but still $100 ur out now.

Yeah. Hopefully the chordset and ballast are still good to go. I've been too busy lately to get a new bulb, and blazed.

I'm cutting them all saturday, so I thought I'd snip a few test buds off the smallest ak 48.
Speed dried it and rolled a spliff, and it still tastes good. The high is very sativa, but I can't wait to see the difference whem it's dried for a few weeks and beyond!

ak48 highly recomended
