Maturing at different times

I have two of the same plants that are given the same condition and food, yet for some reason they still look way different....

I understand sometimes there is a variation that may make some things a couple days behind the rest but for me this is weird because none of the hairs are receding and it's at day 35....

Maybe I am just panicking, but last time my friend worked with this strain it was, super larfy and never swelled, has anyone had bud that just wouldn't develop into a nice nug rather a bunch of airy ones?....

What do you guys think?

The humidity was high originally, however it has been taken care of since about week 5. Originally when lights out happened it went as high as 80%rh, now it gets down to about 47% rh, also temps are no issue as the room remains at 80 degrees so the co2 uptake is optimal.

Is there anything I can do to save these buds or is it pretty much set that they will stay airy and ugly.

Anyone have any suggestions on something I can feed during the last three weeks that will dense them up and give them the weight
