Maui Waui - 600watt - Canna coco

Day 26 on 12/12

Things are coming along nicely, all 4 Plants are looking healthy and 3 of them are getting buds but MW#2 seems
to be a lot slower than the rest, all the bottoms and useless branches were removed on the 13th.
These are by far the most fussy plants in terms of feeding I've grown in my short growing time (about 14 months)
I was expecting this with the lanky sativas but its just so easy to over do it. Here's my current mix - Per 10 litre -
25ml A & B, 5 ml Rhizotonic, 25ml Cannazym.
The plants had quite a smell in veg but so far in flowering the smell has died down, when you rub the stem there is
a peppery woody smell which has my mouth watering .
The heat in the room has not been too bad lately, and Iv'e noticed that these plants really love to dry out in between
waterings, to the point where there extremely light, but the leaves never go droopy, and the leaves dont curl under
no more which I think was to do with over watering.

MW#2 - 40 inches tall from rim of pot. Slowest to show sex and is a while behind.


MW#3 - 45 inches tall. My favorite, biggest buds so far and the most compact.


MW#7 - 49 Inches tall. The most elegant of them all, looks the most sativa. Close to being my fav.


MW#9 - 45 inches tall. This one is the most fussy out of the lot.

Nice update man, as you stated MW#2 does look behind and much darker green then the rest but other wise healthy. cant belive one is 49 inches already things are going to be monsters!

Thanks sadface and nice avatar haha makes me laugh. Yeah MW#2 since the beginning has looked like a completely different plant, the other 3 phenos have similarities but this ones the odd one out .
I think the 49 inch plant has stopped her stretch or at least I hope so anyway, that pheno is how I pictured maui waui to be, I cant wait to smoke her. Thanks for stopping by sadface

Glad to see ya here man, and in about a weeks time they should be about halfway through flowering, so its all down hill from there

Yeah Mo there looking very exotic, theres something special about those tall sativa ladies , and your plants are looking fantastic there really going to take off now,

nice garlic man, all that grows around my neighborhood is mustard garlic...

i've heard about it needing 11 weeks to finish being sativa dominant.

On Nirvana's website it says 9 -11 weeks, I think MW#3 may finish about 9 weeks the others will probably go the full 11

My Maui Waui took 79 days to flower.

These pics are from yesterday day 39 on 12/12.

The ladies are starting to fill out now, MW#2 is still a good couple of weeks behind the others. There all still getting the same mix and were flushed on Monday day 35.
MW#3 is the quickest so far, but MW#7 & MW#9 are producing more resin, still not much of smell just a bit of pine and pepper.

they look really lush and green, healthy looking good! any smell coming from them yet?

that super stretch gal looks like almost pure sativa, look at those thin blades! the others are alot fatter but she seems like she will take the longest. IMO #7 looks like the winner, #9 looks fantastic too.

I agree shes definitely the most sativa, she was soooo slow to show her sex and start budding, but I think she will be the closest to the old school maui.
Im finding it hard to pick a favourite yet, but #7 and #9 are producing the most resin so far, the smell seemed stronger in veg which is strange, but
now that there getting resin the smell is coming more, its a mild pine and pepper smell, someone else said they could get a lemon smell too but I cant get it.
