Scooby is kinda right. With your heat gain you would need a large coil but depending on incoming water temp, btu output of CO2, dehumidifier output, etc. First off duct your lights to exhaust. If your water temp from well is 45F you can get a coil that will do it but it is 48"x24" and you still need to duct it and add blower, water usage would be a concern as well. Its still a viable option if you want this setup for a long term solution. It would also dehumidiy so may not need the stand alone's. Did I mention Ductless A/C lol, thier pretty energy effecient now! Its impossible to find exact model without more info but lots of stuff on Google to help. Lights alone produce 12000 btu's (well real close).
