It's like trying to use a mirror in a grow room. Would think it would reflect? It loses light through the backing. Same with aluminum foil.

Paint would be easy to clean. But the mylar is a bit more reflective. What space is your box? Can you post more shots

I think you would need a reflective type paint. Most whites are going to be great and if you get them glossy or in latex it will be easy to clean. Of course you will have to worry about scratching the paint and letting it dry of course.

It's 700mm by 700mm inside by 1.8m..200mm fan intake with a 3 stage exhaust at top..gravity fed water dripper system also hooked up for later

California. I grow in a garage and it dips into the low 50 degrees fahrenheit (10 celsius) outside my garage and in my tent inside gets to about 60 degrees or 15ish celsius.
