Does anyone know when there will be a ruling, or whether the hearings have started? I don't know where to begin to find information on this. I'm anticipating that the CoA will be overturned and P2P will be reinstated, given the last unanimous MI Supreme Court ruling which rejected the entire mindset of the CoA. It's hard to imagine McQueen will stand... if it's overturned, it will be a great day indeed.
