Mealy Bugs on Drying Buds (Plants too)

Hi there community! Newbie here, just harvested my first buds, and they came out great!!... However, the next day I started to notice what I eventually found out were mealybugs. So my question is how can I get rid of them now that I got´em hanging? I´ve harvested and have them drying. I´ve read solutions, but all of them are towards growing plants... can I dip them in something? or spray them with something while preserving the product?

I suspect the plants must have too, so any solutions on that would be great..... thanks for the tips people!

Sap sucking mealy bug and aphids and such feed on living or fresh material. Same with mites.Drying them discourage the pests from hanging around rather quickly.

Did you ever get an answer to this? I have them in my hanging plant now...Also saw them in plants im curing (currently in jars) please help

Imo you have a bigger issue that the bugs themselves.

You now have worm shit inside of your buds. I wouldn't want to be smoking that personally.

Hang a living plant there attarcted to near by they wil transfere as it drys
