Medical marijuana use linked to lower prescription drug use

YUP!!!!! In the 1960's and early 70's, big pharma tried to suppress herbal meds and supplements. Then they started getting into the market and buying the small herbals. Now they have 90%???? of the market.
They learned from it. Don't suppress, just get in the game.
Pot extracts replace some other drugs.

MMAR home grows will be a tiny fraction of the market. They don't care.
So, we can focus on getting small grow permits with a Dr's script.

????? Did MMAR give grow permits for apartments or just houses?????
if you lived there you could grow without the owners permission. if you were growing "somewhere else" you needed the OK from the landowner/landlord

I'm not sure, but you were required to have the property owner fill out a form giving you permission. I can't see that happening in most apartments, it's hard enough to get permission in a house, imo.

OK….. So apt management corps……. not gonna happen too often.
Sucks for people who don't own/live in a house.

If it is your primary residence, HC gave permits under the mmar without the property owners consent. No signatures were needed. And grows happened in apartments and trailer parks, I see no difference to condos, so I would say yes grows happen/happened there.

I needed to have my landlord fill out the form in 2012. I needed to prove ownership of my residence or have the owners written consent. It might have changed along the way...?

'Bloom Boxes' may satisfy thr landlord?
Don't say bloomboxes...
I would have to guess that whether you have a bogus box or a tent, most people in charge of an apartment would refuse to let you grow in their realm of authority. Most apartment managers I have met have been dicks on a powertrip. And they would tell everyone over morning/afternoon coffee.

I had to do none of that from 09 until my last renewal before the injunction. Odd. I was sure that was just if you were growing in a place that was not your primary residence. and they had no right to question what you were doing at your primary residence due to privacy issues or a prior court decision.
I am unclear, but I am sure that I have never had a landlord know anything about my medical activities and treatments.

I know I had to in 2012 with my initial application, but not for the (only) renewal I got before the mmpr came along. They may have gotten complaints from landlords and made up a new rule?

i found out about the program in 2008 and it was there.
you could have had someone who didn't "know the rules" and made you get a signed F. i believe it was written the the Form F but i could be wrong. it's been a long time

Ya what a long wait for the gov to get back to a person with mmar paper work! When I sent my originals in it took almost 3 months to get a reply!!! I started growing anyway cause like the doc said your illness isn't waiting 3 months for them to get there shit together lol

mine were switched only months before the dead line KNOWING FULL WELL THAT I COULD NOT JUST STOP OUTRIGHT and HAD TO FIGHT.....
It took a week to have the license changed. Was always surprised how fast it was really.
No matter anymore though.... everyone will be in the same boat soon enough...

Thanks everybody for the info. AWESOME!!!
I agree. Privacy rights etc. Don't tell anyone. Just get your permit and do it.
Hope the new MMAR regs will be like the old ones.

Too dodgy now for me to grow now without a permit.
Tried 5 LP's. All pot they shipped to me is different grades of garbage. Some makes me feel like crap after smoking.
Dispenseries in Toronto, any half decent bud is gone in hours.
