Haha, coming from a state that does not have a medical program yet, I find it hilarious that people can just pay a doctor for a script. I mean, I guess its cool but why dont they just fuckin make you get a permit from the state and not some stupid ass doctor? Shrug

Wow, in CA. It was $150 for 1st visit, and 1$00 for next years recommendation...... A buddy of mine got a $50 discount for being unemployeed wtf? Do they have dispensaries in HA? like here in CA?

no, no state involvement really
only certain doctors can help you get a permit
then it gets renewed every year
no dispensaries, no group grows
4 immature plants and 3 mature

the THC Foundation helped me get mine, i am sure there are probably cheaper ways, but the way i figure it, 25 for the permit 200 for the visit to keep their group going, it is ok with me.

hawaii gives no help in finding a doctor that can "recommend"
we have a bill that was vetoed by our dumb bitch gov last year that was supposed to help with all the holes in the procurement process.

Ya we are having problems with our law as well, but in a "GOOD" way I guess. They overturned limits! Fund them unconstitutional. They say that original law "SB420" didn't make any provisions for limits, and to impose limits would constitute changing SB420, which would legaly have to be voted on again. So for the mean time, No Limits here. So you guys are on your own? you can grow but not open a dispensary? Sucks for those whom are to sick to grow for themselves.

there is a caregiver thing for people who can't grow, but it has to be on their property. and as far as getting clones or seeds, no legal way

I'm not paying for a "SCRIPT", anymore than you would be going to the DR. for antibiotics. You STILL need a medical reason.

Sounds like ADD, and yes it is treatable with marijuana. Whether your doctor will agree or not I can't say. But, here in Ca, my daughters mother has her recommendation, for ADD. I cannot speak to this woman when she's sober, I'll Kill her, but when she smokes, it's doable, we have nice convos. So I am a big beliver in the treatment of ADD with pot....lol
