Medical MJ Dispensary in DC

I was thinking about starting a dispensary in dc since the law passed to allow it. I've been thinking of this for a year now, but now I'm starting to think seriously...

I'm always down for risks, but is this too big of one? As in wasting all my money...

I wouldn't take the chance, but shit if you did you could probably make a killing for being the only one until you get shut down.
