orderd two fold 8 nine days ago and has not shipped yet, i order stuff all of the time and it never takes 9 days to get the package in the mail,
My order went from being delivered to pending… seems the items wasn’t in stock or something… I’m waiting lol

yeah im about done waiting if they dont reply by tonight with a solid delivery date ill just cancel and buy from a reliable company, not worth it to save a little money

they dont answer phone and stopped returning emails and will not reply in chat.

My advice would be dont buy them until the other people on here get their lights

Contact sales@medicgrow.com and ask for your order confirmation and tracking info. They'll hop right on it.

I work in distribution myself and shipping is bonkers right now. Freight companies are consistently misplacing items for a while. I shipped out a 3 piece shipment to the same exact address and one is scheduled scheduled delivery tomorrow while two ask you to check back later. Same freaking shipment and different results.

I ordered one as well. It was supposed to arrive on Friday. I also noticed on the website before ordering they said orders may be delayed for up to 14 days due to Covid. I'll start worrying if it's not here next Friday.

One of my EZ-8's is scheduled to be here tomorrow Friday. The other one is a month out so we cancelled that order. It seems like they're waiting for an order from China? What do y'all recommend in the price range? I'm considering a nice double ended 1000w HPS system to do a side by side.

I know someone irl who is waiting for one. I suspect they have a shipment on one or more of those 52 container ships waiting to dock in Los Angeles.

Got mine in today. Hooked it up just to confirm everything worked, which it did. So tomorrow I get to set up the new tent and get some up potting going on. Installation of the bars is simple and takes about 3 mins. Also this thing is bright, even on 40% dim, eye protection my be required for this tent.

For peace of mind I would definitely wear shades, maybe switch to a special pair when you crank them up in flower.

still waiting and they are giving me BS excuses and I've caught them in lies, shipping may be slower but they are full of shit. Not worth the money saved for a light that I only expect to last a year anyway

Yours might be a month out as well? I think they need to do a better job informing the customer what's up as far as IN-STOCK inventory. Customer service is important to building a new brand in the day of the internets, the big shots should be reading this thread and taking appropriate action. We understand that the current global situation is affecting shipping times, but be more transparent and if the light is good I will buy more.

Fedex is starting to annoy me, looks like mine scheduled for yesterday won't be here until Monday. That's not Medic Grow's fault.

For what it's worth I had 2 other packages that were delayed by FedEx by over a week. One of them was a new fantasy football trophy. So it's definitely not MedicGrows fault.
