Those are too hard to get a hold of. Gotta go all the way to the store for those. I got wirenuts handy at all times. wagos are for rich folk and american designed lights :lol:

If i upgrade most every piece in the light , it will be a quality built light. hahahahahah

I DID make sure i put calmag in the wirenuts. Im not stupid.

about a pound.
Needs more Cow Mag. The Chinese lights always skimp out on it. Maybe Cows are harder to find there.

Can anyone on here take a peek at the pcb board i took out and tell me if it has ANY kind of safety feature in it or is it just a connection point ?
If i wanted to go overkill on safety , then what would i put where ? little fuses or something ? Thanks

this is the problem with these lights. They do not snap into place or even fit tight into the connertors... they literally lay into place with gravity holding them down. I feel that the driver HAS to be put on top just to help hold the bars into their slots. besides that and some junk pcbs inside , the light is great.

Thank to you guys here at RIU , i was able to fix the issue without even trying. You guys taught me how to build one from scratch , so i not only know how to build , i know why what wires are going where.
I was starting to think i would never use all the info i learned on leds but here it is... Here is the reason why i took months out of my life to learn um.
I have no idea if mejui had a warranty or not so i feel like i saved as much as 700 bucks just by knowing what im doing. Again , thank to you all!

Sorry I am a little late but no safety features on that.

in my opinion , if used correctly , wirenuts are less resistance and a better overall connection then any other way of connecting. (You HAVE to add a pk booster to the wirenuts though.)
The Wago's give you just as good of a connection as a wirenut, and more reliably so imo. It's also easy to visibly inspect the connections on the 221's Sometimes the wires may not twist together right etc..however nothing beats good old fashioned tinned and solder connections
Doesn't matter though, what is best, is what you got that works.

Thank you sir! i feel better now.
i knew it would work but i wondered what safety features were taken out. I suppose that would be a good place to slap little fuses but of course they didnt do that.
