If your going to trim it up, I would start with the very bottom branches to allow for more airflow underneath, if you make a nice 45deg cut you could use them for clones if you have an extra spot. I usually dont like messing with the plant all the much, the bottoms are one thing and later on you may need to trim a few fan leaves to allow light inside if their real bushy, but everytime your cutting its stressing the plant and slowing growth a bit, so try to keep it to a minimum and dont butcher the poor girl.
