Men, what do you use to wash your face?

The healthier you eat and the less poison you put into your body the healthier you are. That means everything including your skin, which happens to be your largest organ. Eat good and you generally won't have skin problems. All those creams moisturizers etc. are just more poison you are putting into yourself... Also tap water is very bad....fluoride and other chemicals very bad for brain/body....and 3rd eye

Also true--you can reduce the amount of oils and grease on the face just by eating better... and getting rid of that crap is basically a detox process which will not be aided by adding more crap ever. The only way to get rid of stuff is to let the body do it's thing to cleanse, and then rinse away the residue with good ole fashioned clean water. Hot water helps break down bonds, as we have all seen where oils tend to have a lower viscosity and flow more easily... same is true of oils on one's face or body...

Actually, RC7's got the healthiest method listed... go ahead and load your face with products, see where that gets you. I dare you to try the hot water scrub once a day or every other day as I mentioned...

P.S. I've never had any acne problems with this method. I used to use facial cleansers and would have a greasy face a day or two later from the recoil effect, then I'd pump more cleansers on... it doesn't work. Just go round and round. Your body is attempting to establish an equilibrium in the moisture levels in the skin, and you just keep fucking with it over and over again. Equilibrium is like a spinning top... if you try to "fix it" you are going to knock it down.

My pea sized brain if half the size of the pimple above your lip.

Thinking the same thing bro, haha.

It's a pretty common misconception to treat the body this way, sadly. I'm always trying to encourage people to let their body do it's own thing though. I also use shampoo once a month maybe, max, and just wash my hair thoroughly with hot water and scrub my scalp with my fingers the rest of the time.

P.S. For the haters, chicks tell me I have beautiful hair all the time, and I don't have acne. Go figure.

nobody here should have acne anyway, i mean i get a zit here and there every so often usually when there's a big weather change (not sure why) but in my experience it goes away with age. it's a common teenage problem, not so much for adults in their 20's. and if you do i'm sure there's a dermatologist that can clear that shit up pretty quick.

Might use a fancy facial cleaner if I got a date later that night.

I too am guilty of using a girly body wash (dove smells like vanilla)
Dont judge me the chicks love it.

I even put baby powder on me after I get out the shower sometimes

I wish somebody WOULD tell me I stink !!!

alright i'm glad i'm not the only one, i just use body wash all over.

but i was looking at this stuff at it was like:
facial cleanser - $12
facial toner - $8
moisturizer - $25
eye cream - $16
wrinkle serum - $45
lip moisturizer - $5

do people actually buy all of this shit?
that shit is expensive. just dont get stressed out and you wont age as fast. haha i dont even really wash my face with a certian thing. the only thing on the list that i use is lip moisturizer(chap stick) and i dont even use that much only when the lips are chaped.

yeah i keep carmex around... but that's not really a big deal because you can get a 3 pack for a couple bucks at walmart.

I use a face wash with sacylic acid in it. Like 8 bucks. And then I use moisturizer with SPF 28. Costs 11 bucks. That's it.

First I begin with a light exfoliation using a special cream with abrasive micro-beads.

Then I follow up with a peach-lilac skin toner.

I then prepare my avocado/cucumber mask which I will chill to 68 degrees before applying to my face.

I don't realy trust the concept of smearing chemicals over my face, but if I do get zits I just grab some of my wife's face wash, stuff gives a slight sting, but it works great.
I'm more concerned about the impact of the chemicals on generations to follow. I read an interesting article about epigenetics recently which talked about the transfer of stress responses to unlimited decendant generations outside of the DNA.
