mendeceno purple (purps)

Hi guys, as you can tell i am new to the forum and new to growing also. i have some Mendecino Purple seeds and i started to grow them these are my first plants ever being grown. does anyone have any background info on this plant? as in does it like outdoor grow as opposed to indoor grow. i also live on the north east so i'm sure the outdoor weather won't grow the best plant(if it grows it at all)

i am just trying to grow some good buds for myself not to sell or anything. so i don't need dimensions on a huge grow room. any help is greatly appreciated. thanks

well where did you get your seeds from? Mendo purps is a clone only strain but there are some hybrids like from BCbuddepot has purps x spacequeen than backcrossed back to purps. I would say go there and read their description of the growth characteristics and if you got the real purps, should be similar. I would expect a slightly slow grower/yeilder of primo purple buds. I recently just got some clones that are said to be the purps myself.

Some of he finest weed is grown in the Mendocino area. its weather and temp is perfect for weed growing(a big thriving med productions). Only knowing the true genetics of the bud will u be able to truly grow the plant to potential. Did u get the bud from a grower or dealer? where did the bud originate(mimic that climate)? Is mendocino purple even the real name? unless you buy the seeds yourself and grow it or are completely confident in your source its hard to know the exact climate to mimic. if u find out where it came from or how the person grew it you can make an educated guess on how to grow it.

the seeds came from mendo purp nugs, and the bud was gotten straight from a grower (it was real purps from cali) but i am a huge growing noob. this is my first actual grow. so that's why i'm asking for you guys guidance. i got some mersh going too (mersh was more of an experiment with germinating seeds correctly seeng i only had 2 purp seeds)

your not the only one around here that grows only for themselves.
