Staying awake for too long causes psychosis. Stimulants just make it easier and faster.
The reason these drugs weren't illegal was that they weren't being marketed for human consumption technically. They're for research purposes only and marked not for human consumption. Had they not been they would have been instantly illegal under the analog act. In the US at least. I am not familiar with the loopholes in other countries drug laws.
In general the RC stims are one of two things, cathinone analogs of amphetamines that are recreational or failed pharma drugs that never got far enough to get scheduled like mdpv.

whats k2? and to the best of my knowledge mephedrone was developed in backstreet sweatshops in china which is kinda scary if ye think about it.

No mephedrone was first synthesized in France in 1929, then lost to history, then rediscovered by a bee named kinetic because he had the materials on hand to make it and gave it a whirl. It's made in Chinese sweatlabs primarily. Considering the best Chinese chemists come here to work and I've worked with a number of them and not been impressed by what I've seen, that scares me.

definitely been there and done that. I usually start hallucinating around the 3rd day without sleep. I get really paranoid hallucinations while on molly or something speedy. I will think there's people outside trying to kill me n shit. Luckily I don't do this anymore, or anything speedy at all because of my heart. I don't recommend going on these long benders. Use drugs like mephedrone and molly-like drugs in super moderation.
