Unless the meme is referring to womens soccer, which the united states dominates. its funny cause go almost anywhere in the us and soccers a girl sport, and we happen to be the best at it, we'd be way better if kids kept playing soccer tho or had a reason too (no money in mls). Maybe even challenge for the cup in 2018 if we really wanted too.
