Messin' with the cops

I realize this is probably not a good idea (probably akin to the Japanese General Yamamoto saying after Pearl Harbor "we have awakened the sleeping giant") but what if we named weed for a local highway or town or something? Especially in a small town it would drive the cops crazy .
