MetaGrow!!! Lots of Pics!!!!

Allright ladies and gentlemen, be kind, it's my first video. Anyway, welcome to my CFL experiment. If you're familiar with my thread, no explanation necessary. Should be able to watch this in 720p HD. So the seedlings are all those humboldt bagseeds, I might start over with the ones in the DWC, they're moving slowly and I think I overwatered them. Luckily I have 3 more of the humboldt seeds, and one medical seed we got in a bag of shake from a local dispensary. And Lefty and Righty are in day 9 of 12/12, seeing those pistils popping up everywhere and I'm about to strap mysely in for the ride! Enjoy!

Very Nice!! I have my work cut out for me next year for indoor.. Hell I might just get one going during the early summer months just to see how 1 would do by itself. :)

Thanks bro! The veg tent is aprox. 2' deep, 3' tall and 4' wide, and the flowering cab is aprox. 20" deep, 4' wide, and 6' tall. That left "wall" next to Lefty is movable, just a flat home made reflector hanging vertically from the same bar the lights are atached to, so if I needed I can almost double the width on that area. I just like to keep everything close in and tight for maximum reflection.

Yeah, I'm hoping to get the indoor setup fine tuned so I can just crank out free buds until my outdoor plants are ready for harvest. The earliest of my plants was harvested in late August/Early September last year, so thats a LONG time to wait, not to mention buying weed that entire time...lol

Thanks, it's always a work in progress, but I feel pretty good about everything right now. I think I finally nailed down some issues that have been nagging me with the DWC, and one new bean popped, so that means there are 4 plants in there now :) But like I said, i might remove the first three and replace them if things don't pick up in a week or two. But the seedlings in soil are loving life, I just have a larger learning curve with DWC because it's my first time indoors AND it's my first time with hydro.
 
Woot woot! lol...I still might chuck 'em and start over, knowing what I know now. Plus, I need a PH pen and some PH Up and Down...lol...Been flying blind so far ;-)
 
yeah you should get one of thoes $5 kits. here's a good rule of thumb for now... nutes tend to lower the ph, and so does molasses. so if you start with high-ph water, adding the nutes will bring you back to normal.

Haha, I like playing God, having the ability to end their life on a whim! "You there! Little Sprout! Show me why you deserve to live!!" So nutes are acidic? My PH was a little high, I actually snagged a water test kit from my co-worker, and it tested a little above 7(yikes!) I'm not running nutes at all yet, but it's encouraging to think that my nutes might level me out...but they DO say PH balanced on the bottle...lol. I have "Super Nutrients" SVA and SVB, 2 part veg nutes. I'll grab a PH pen soon, probably when I get paid in like a week, unless I find one for like 20 bucks. And the PH Up and Down i'll snag on Monday probably, seeing as I need that asap. And there will be NO molasses going in the tank. Period. I have my reasons, and i'll use the stuff on soil, but i'm trying to keep my resevoir as clean as possible right now, including using chemical nutes. the SVA and SVB are practically clear, and thats how I wanna keep my water. Nice and Clean

P.S.-If the seedling with the root lives, i think I just named it "Little Sprout" lol

and yeah i meant molasses and nutes for soil, i don't know the first thing about hydro. but i'm good with soil. not sure if i'm good with temps, will find out soon.

Yeah, it's like some native american weedplant name...Little Sprout...or the newest star of "Land Before Time". I just figured i shouldn't be lazy, what kinda retarded idiot names their plants Lefty and Righty?? lol And yah, soil gets molasses for sure :)

Meta is the funny man these days...that dude needs to eb doing stand up..im serious! His rapier with will cut someones ass one day...lol. Keep it up man..I have laughed more lately than I have for awhile.
 
Yeah, I'm usually good for a chuckle every now and then...So that little root is taking off, about 3/4 of an inch longer today, soon enough it'll hit the water. Then I need to do a rez change, PH the water, and I'l gonna start them on a quarter dose of nutes. I have my nutes, and I have a cheap PH test kit, now I need PH up and down, gonna make that purchase monday maybe, if I can drag my lady around shopping on Valentines day. She doens't really care about growing, just smoking :( Oh well, at least she smokes!
 
yeah meta, be happy about that. my lady doesn't smoke, which is a shame, but she "lets" me grow, lol, which is GREAT.

oh, and congrats on the root! see, i told you she wanted to live...
