Which light is more beneficial for cannabis a Daylight MH or Cool White MH?

I guess something around 7,000K- 9,000K?
I used Tneon b4 to veg under, it was 9500k

And it was just fine! Have to mention that this was TCL 110w

I also used the 6400k on the same fixture , was also fine!

Back to MH, I used philips 400w which I think was 4500k
Also used Lumatek MH 400w and 600w
While both suppose to be 6400k.. My eyes capture colour difference between both, the 600w to be alittle more yellow..

All was just fine!!

My eyes likes the white colour and for sure I feel it gives shorter internode spacing.

But what the plants like?! No Idea and I have always wonderd the same as well..

So I would say any thing from 4500k up to 9500k would work fine!

Wow! Lots of new great insights here!

Going to go ahead with the Phillips 400watt MH- Daylight for now looks like it falls under range.

Currently am using an Osrom 400watt Daylight.. Light is looking a little whitish green.. Switching it out ASAP.

Am going to give the Tneon B4 a shot for my next grow!!

A Big Thank you Bubblegum31!!

Welcome brother.

Those fixtures is really great if you can have a good deals on them.

I run at the moment 125cfl 6400k and its nothing compared to the 110w neon when it comes to light spread and intensity!!

Just for the money I think you're better off with a t5 or similar. 150 bucks and 50 cents in energy cost
