yes you could use a 400 in each room but if the room is to small then the temperature is gonna be an issue. i would do just one room for this grow until you get everything figured out. this first grow is gonna be a learn as you go grow. of course you want as much info as you can get before you start, but im sure your axious to get going. you dont want to take on more than you can handle.
get your op built and test it before putting in your plants, so you can fix anything before you germ them.
