Metal locker can feel small electric current when opening door

Also cabinet is off the ground bc I moved it across the room with those furniture sliders like 1 inch... But it didn't do it previous day or two, only started when I hooked up the scrubber on the outside of closet.

Now that I think of it this was only happening when the washer and or dryer was on... Also sometimes in my house the light will dim quickly if we have the microwave on or the frig switches on.
Sounds to me that you have an overloaded circuit, best have an electrician look in to it, I have a similar problem when I run microwave and toaster oven at the same time.

An overloaded circuit would not cause tingles or shocks, merely the protection on the circuit would open to stop the flow of current, if you had a faulty breaker, then your cable would heat up till there was a fire. No shock from overloaded circuit, unless another fault was present at that time also

Actually I was replying to the op saying that when the microwave of the frig switches on the lights in the house would dim, not that an overload would cause a minor shock.

The op quoted:
"Now that I think of it this was only happening when the washer and or dryer was on... Also sometimes in my house the light will dim quickly if we have the microwave on or the frig switches on."
