so take a look at the pics, 2 AK-48 clones they r under 24hr 400watt hps, stays a cool 70-75 degrees ive read they are heavy feeders, and at first i thought i was nute burning them with the yellowing and browning tips, but i was only using 5-1-1 fish emulson, so i think its magnesium def, i gave em a gallon of water with a tablespoon of epsom salt 2 days ago, but growing tips are still stunted and leaves still yellowing....more epsom salt? more nutes all together?

i would say its nute burn.. flush and wait a week or so and start from 1/4 strength and work your way up, if it was MG deffiency its sorts starts from the middle of the leaf "i can tell u now its not MG deff"

i agree with the above post, looks like nute burn with a ph level that is way off. deff. work on your watering and feeding, do you use a ph tester and maybe have a ppm meter to help you gauge your nutes? a good rule of thumb 5.5-6.3 ph and run your nutes at 900-1850 from flower to finish , and letting your plants show you what they want, bad things usually begin on your lower fans and work its way up. never be afraid to flush and renute your medium, as salts and unused nutes build up causeing problems like i see in your photos gl homes

Def not a mag def, but can't be sure what it actually is from those pics would need better close ups of leaves under less yellow light

But I can tell your light is to close, check how the top leaves are curling up while just a few inches down they are curling down, I would raise the light 1 or 2 inches and see if the top leaves settle down

the curling and growth retardation could also be from the Nute burn, but a pic without the HPS would be magnificent! :leaf:

well check PH of my tap water, 7.6 so thats def not good, guna start using some PH down for that, here are a few more pictures, i dont think the lights to close its a good 3 feet from the tops of the plants

i moved the light higher like a week ago but i guess that wasnt the problem, the light was already 2 feet above the tops a week ago, and i thought thats why the grow tips were stunted so i moved it up another foot, also the area is only 2.5 ft wide by 5ft long, and all walls are covered in mylar so its a small area....once they recover from this ill move the light down a bit, maybe switch em over to my 600watt too...im just puzzled how they got nute burn since i was using 5-1-1...and sparingling....although i never watered them without nutes, maybe i need to feed less often, give them plane water every other time?

Looks like some nute burn, or at one point you have had an overfert problem. Those dark green leaves and curling are good signs. I'm guess that now you're getting 'nute lockout' whether due to PH or fert buildup. I'd flush it, then give it a normal dose of fert, and some epsom(preferrably CalMag) if the fert doesn't have magnesium in it.

ya i dont think im gunna flush them, i just replanted em in bigger pots 2 days ago, so the dirt is stayin fairly moist, i mixed some worm castings with regular organic top soil so hopefully that will help if there is a Magnesium def.......should i flush anyway after just repotting?
