MH Ballast users- Lamp opinions?

I have a 400w MH ballast and would like some opinions from experienced MH ballast users on which lamps/bulbs they prefer. I have searched the forum and just can't find much.

Which MH bulb do you prefer for veg?

Which HPS Conversion bulb or specialized MH bulb do you prefer for flower?

Opinions also appreciated for which retailer has the best pricing....

A conversion bulb, would cost a hundred or more.

I think the best MH bulbs i've seen are made by GE, Most of the plants love MH bulbs, you can flower with it, if you add a couple 68 watt CFL's up close. Hell of a harvest.

So many ways to pimp a garden thats just one.
