B BCoutdoor Member Oct 7, 2009 #1 i have a 1000 wat metal halide that was working perfectly till i shut it off. it still gets power it just wont spark now. do i have to let it cool down before it turns back on or what?

D dwcgrower Member Oct 11, 2009 #2 Yes, your light is still good all MH need a 5-10 min cool down period before you turn them back on.
