MH vs HPS question

So now that im in flowering i have switched to my HPS bulb and for some reason its increased the temp by 7 is was 83 and now is hovering at 90 which is bad
So basicly my questions is how much of a difference is it going to make if I use my MH bulb to flower instead of my HPS
Im growing in a box and have lots of intake and there is lots of airmovment.

metal halides actually burn a lil hotter then hps at equal watts, with a lil less lumens!!

Thats weird cause my HPS is a lot hotter then MH at same watt thats my problem

maybe make your box have a higher outtake and let it be passive intake... watch your temps drop =)

...I'd get aircooled and use the HPS for flowering.

yeah that is weird.. is it a mh hps conversion??? or diffrent balalsts?? is the hps one magneticballast, while the mh is digital?

the ballast i have runs both MH and HPS bulbs and its a digital
I am going to get an air cooled but cant afford it for a couple moths hehe

how bad would it be to use a MH for flowering?
Is it going to be a noticable differance from HPS

I heard you can flower with MH but the buds will not be as dense as if you flowered with a HPS. The catch is that flowering with a MH will produce more THC but not as dense of buds so its kind of a trade off but yes you can flower with a MH.
