michigan grower need help bad

So this is my 3rd harvest. Can't get drying and curing down for some reason, I have tried hangin this whole plant till crisp outside then jars.lid on 12hrs off 12 hrs. I have cut plant into brances and indiv.branches with same cuirng method. I have tried paper bags then jars.I hang in pure darkness with a fan on low.have also done with no fan.just lost... I'm lost and really need my smell and taste for I count on sale to pay bills. Please help me. I am a cupl weeks from pulling my kc jones,lemon skunk, sour D, and power kush. What's lacking in your finished bud?

grassy and haylike? others suggest a cheapo hygrometer to measure the cure down to a science... How quickly did you jar? how long in jars till you tasted?

The drying stage is very important, the longer you can prolong it the better your buds will taste. Just as important is a decent cure. I would invest in a small hygrometer you can throw in the curing jars with the buds, then you will know exactly where your buds are at.
