As for the HPS issue - I am well aware of the heat they give off, if you look at one you feel like your retnas are burning imo lol - I was thinking of putting fans on the top & bottom, on the top - blowing towards the light & going towards the plant.. on the bottom - gettin that hot shit out lol. That is the only way I could think to keep the temps low. It just reverses the 'heat rises' saying, and I don't like it lol. I will put some fresh pics of what's been goin on up tomorrow, aswell as a sketch of the cab I'm hoping to build

AW DAMN NIGGA. Reread, I donno how I would cool the canopy off lol, they're absolutely no air cooled aspect of the light. Maybe some fans blowing on it, maybe I could attach one neatly to the hood somehow

March 28th - 9 weeks & 3 days (66 days) Pistils on main stem at internodes 4, 5, and 6. Pistils starting where it's branching out on internodes 3, 4, 5, and 6. Plant is starting it's 8th internode. I swear it starts a new internode every two - three days
Where the plant is branching out - I think these become colas. So I'm assuming there will be one main cola on the main stem, & several smaller colas branching off of the main stem. I hope this is how the plant grows, I will defoliate as needed to have a nice looking plant. I hope to yeild atleast an 8th lol. I'm a noob

Yessssssssssssss. I want to clone it and keep a mother alive at my bro's house, and head over there & get some clippings every once and a while. I can't grow on a large scale but I would love to keep a female just incase. Have you guys ever heard of the Tennessee underground op? It is fucking HUGE. I swear the movie Pineapple Express is based off that grow, it was busted in 2006 and went viral, and a lot of it looks like Pineapple Express which came out in 2008 >.>

im going to be doing a scrog with my new dwc cab, i have attached the scrog screen to the lid of the bucket so all i have to do is lift the screen, lid and all for res changesHave some more picture updates my friend?
As for your next setup. I haven't used HPS lights before, but I am aware of the amount of heat they give off. I don't think the canopy will like the HPS if its only 1 feet apart.
Scrog, I still don't know how that is manageable with bubbleponics, considering how you have to change the rez, and in order to do so, you gotta lift up the netpot, and the scrog net my interfere?
That's about all the input I can give you, haven't done a bubbleponic system yet, sorry
Gone for a bit of a curved shape to the screen to maximise even light distribution across the canopy too
heres a piccy of the bucket ill be using, i still havent finished yet, have to reflective tape the top of lid and bucket.

Google the pictures of the op dude, it blew my mind lol. Veg room, flower room, a complete living space (kitchen, office, bathroom, bedroom) & it's completely underground in a fucking cave dude. Whoever constructed the place was a fucking genious & had a LOT of money dude, they say it could produce harvest every 70 days, times a year, 6-8 million dollars a year supposedly. The door looked like a wall, behind it was a cinderblock door w/ metal framing shut by a hydraulic ram. I almost shat

I'll be finishing my soil girl in the hps cupboard first then crankin out a fresh from seed dwc scrog grow in there. Got heaps of nice varied bagseed I've collected over the years, no idea of any of the strains but I reckon that's half the fun of growing random bagseeds

Very Cool. For not much money you can rock it with a Rubbermaid Rough Neck (large shoe box) and a Sun Leaves air pump (142 gph) with 4 outlets. I use this set up for starters and clones: 4 large Oxystone cylinders. Holes are cut with hole cutter bit. I use 1.5" pvc couplers into which I drop small net pots with starter cubes once the tap root has exited, or when cloning I use the neoprene inserts. This produces massive DO. Click on the 3rd pic to see bubbles in action
The bubbler is placed in a DIY cabinet with light hanging from top (block and tackle to raise/lower) + 4 sockets mounted on the sides mid way down
I use a variety of CFLs- Neutral White - Warm White - Repti-Glo for uvB.
Note there are at least 5 different PVC couplers. You want the shortest thread and widest mouth
The bubbler is placed in a DIY cabinet with light hanging from top (block and tackle to raise/lower) + 4 sockets mounted on the sides mid way down

Well, I'm gonna make one last change to the lights in the cab (adding a hood) - and then it's only going to be updates on the plant. My next grow will be a full journal - and hopefully I won't end up with a 10" tall 9 week old plant on my hands.
Also, (if anyone remembers) the hydroponics store - will be on Ebay or Etsy at first, eventually a legit website - I will make ONE type of bubbleponics setup, and they will be dirt cheap with everything you will need - there will also be expansion kits & aeroponics clone machines. Keep an eye out for a link from me, also I am going to try to get adverstising on RIU & any RIU member will receive a 10 - 20 % discount on orders

Thanks man and yes it has been haha. I started with five plants in soil, the only one that survived and actually turned out female was the one I cared for most since I began ha. I wanna see you grow again!
