Oh I see, the rockwool kind of "wicks" it up as its misted? I love the simplicity, but how well thought out this system is, nice work. I just started 9 in a tupperware deal lined in Pandascreen, i've got until winter till i can really do anything serious, since i'm stuck using a garage attic, and its hot as fuck!

skatterman420.... I know how hot those attics get... but they get too cold in the winter time.... at least here they do... but you can never go wrong with a micro stealth cab.... in fact the hardest thing is keeping the damn thing a secret lol.

The rest of the girls are doing great.... even Esperansa is living up to her name, showing both color and new growth =]

Here is a little trick i'm trying to bring the overall RH up a bit... it's simply a cup full of water with a paper towel dipped in over and draped out of the cup... this acts like a wick, sucking up the water, and evaporating over the large surface area of the paper towel

Quick update....


The girls are doing great so far...

I did dump out the rez, cleaned it with alcohol, rinsed, and refilled with pure ph'd water. Also wiped down the inside of the cab with alcohol. I call it my preventive cleaning... trying to prevent mold and other problems...

and well that's about it... here are some pix

Go for it!! It is one of the reasons I posted it... I want to help people be self Dependant when it comes to growing their medicine

I just have a question. Is the rockwool submerged in water or only a small portion? How many times a day do you turn the pump on and for how long? Thanks again.

Quick update... Yesterday I decided to add 2 more lights now. I took some pics to show how easy it is to adapt and change this simple setup. The only problem I had was the temp spiked up to a bit over 100', so a passive intake is just not enough.... However cracking the door a bit while the lights are on brings the temps down to 80'. So I'm thinking of making a simple intake vent on the side of the cab. But for now I'm good to go.

The net pots are submerged about 1/4 of the way... Keeping the lower clay pellets and the rockwool moist all the time.

As for the air pump, it is left on 24/7 since I went with the DWC method and abandoned the ebb/flow method for now.

Love your set up and placement of lights.

Gave them their very first feeding today... just a capful of fish emulsion (5-1-1)


It is a safe way to introduce them to nutes while giving them a boost =]

Once I have the control of a ppm meter, I will increase the dose and supplement in some potassium(k) and cal/mag+
