but what i do is take the wrapping off and drill little holes in the bottom for drainage

then i wrap black electrical tape around it

the specs are

Top 4" diameter

little over 3 1/2 " deep

bottom is about 3" diameter


Temps outside during the day

fluctuates between 60 to 80 %

warming up more each day

still cold at night , 35 to 45 %

but i bring them in at night under my 150 hps

which is about 80 %

Well looking better today , new growth is nice and green

the under leaves are shitty looking

but as long as my new growth is looking good then thats all i need

Also my nl that im keeping in the cab is doing good also

my humidity is a little low for my taste but it will be alright for now

the new growth from where i topped it is looking real nice

its hard to see cuz its blending in with the fan leaves

but those are 2 new tops

like iv said before

i know my pics are blurry but its all i got to work with

Ive been trying a method called making it rain, once a week i do a complete flush on each pot with JUST water, Just did my second rain today this morning when i woke them up and you wouldnt believe how much they grow each time i rain them. Its also nice so nutrients dont build up on you i just make sure to let the bottom air dry for awhile so it dont rot on the bottom and so the roots dont try to run"poke outa the pot". I switched them over to 12/12 two days ago and im thinking im going to keep feeding them veg food up to the time they show sex make it rain then feed them with Big bloom then after a week of just big bloom i will add tiger bloom to the big bloom. Right now they are getting fed Fox Farm Gow big/big bloom mix and a superthrive mix every other day then straight water for when the pots get light to the feeling also i am way under the suggested feeding not to burn them and they are small. What are you feeding yours again?

I hope we learn alot from each other and get some good smoke in the process:-)

hey man sounds like a great grow plan and the make it rain seems like it would be good against build up i think i will try next go around did i ask u yet if u have a journal or thread for your grow

btw i think goten said he was getting off here for the night

Fuck their was a bad ass storm come through last night ,

scared the shit out of me ,

knocked my power out and shit

i ducked in a corner thinking a tornado was outside , my fiancee fucking laughed at me ( lol )

i fucking hate tornado's and 1 touched down last night

i kept thinking how am i gonna get my kids out ,

this was about 1 oclock this mourning

she kept telling me to chill

i ended up having to take 2 xanax`s lol


OK time to expose my ignorance ,

i do not know how to flush soil

it seems to me that just cuz you give it only water their still nutes in the soil

So some one please school me on this lol

Flushing is kind of controversial. True, you aren't going to completely wash all the nutes out of the soil. The main thing a flush is for IMO is to wash out excess chemical nutes. Flushing will also leach out some of the organic sources of N and other organic sources, but not much. I don't do preharvest flushes, just stop feeding about a week to ten days before chop and give them plain water. Is that clear as mud? lol!:?

Glad to hear she's looking better. You may want to try a light dose of veg nutes here soon. :weed:

gotten read ub's thread on flushing/wicking before you have a go , i wouldnt flush them yet. your plants looking better tho happy days :) flush is just pot size x 3 , so if u have a 1 gallon pot flush it with 3 gallons.

Well my scrog net is officially on

I took it off the first day i put it up cuz i did it with out the plant in their

so i could not get my plant in without scrapping all up against the net

i fucked the sides of my mylar up when i put it up

the net kept moving on me when i stapled it , and i would miss lol

so i had to keep using my pliers to pull the staples out , and in the process kept scratching the shit out of it

but its not to bad though , you cant even tell by the pic ,

also i will not be taking it outside any more , its in the cab to stay now

now im just waiting for my 2 new tops to reach the scrog net , then ill more then likely switch to 12/12

its dirty in their right now , i need to clean it out

i got dirt in their while putting the net on ,
