Mildew Need Help.

I have a little bit of mildew on my bottom leafs. They started showing up on the upper leafs. I am 2 weeks into flowering and i want to get rid of this problem. I was told that neem oil would eliminate my problem.

I would ask myself why it's there in the first place. do you have high RH in your room? do you have enough air moving around your plants? Looks like neem might help but can't find my glasses.
